Environment Systems recently launched its ‘Book-a-bat’ service.

Our fast-track Preliminary Bat Assessment service (sometimes known as a scoping survey or initial assessment) is designed to enable homeowners, architects, property developers and others to get a price and book a rapid assessment of buildings, which require surveys for planning permission.

The survey report will detail the type of structure, condition
and features present, which support roosting bats as well as links to the wider countryside for foraging. A next steps section of the report will tell you whether the building is important for roosting bats and whether any additional works are necessary. Our service is available in three time slots, five days a week with reports delivered within five days of survey completion.
